Nothing as such

The location of the property was excellent- the ambience was super, the staff even more friendlier than what I am usually used to. Very accommodating and moreover it was a brilliantly quiet place to just sit back and relax.

Nothing that comes to mind - well I am sure it is not year round but when you open the door to the garden - there is a rain water smell that comes through. Once again I am sure this might be only a phenomenon during the monsoons.

The bedroom and particularly bathroom in the peace room were very comfortably laid out. The bathroom had. A luxurious feel. If was nice being able to choose from several dining areas and I enjoyed browsing the books on the bookshelf. Staff were very sweet and accommodating.

It felt a bit isolated especially without a car. There was a lot of noise from the highway with the bedroom window open and it was unfortunate that whilst there, building works were going on which meant you couldn’t sit/dine outside overlooking the river. The photographs were a little deceiving in not showing the noisy highway where the view of the river is.

One of the best boutique properties we’ve ever been to, wonderful in every way possible. The attention to detail in every aspect of the place, from the quality and elegance of the decor, the professionalism of the staff, the deliciousness of the food on the menu…everything was a class apart. When the owner takes a personal interest in the place, it shows.

Staff were amazing and very friendly. Everything was great

We were there for just a few hours so did not use any of the facilities or food services. The staff were very friendly and helpful as we left the hotel very early in the morning/ middle of the night.
