The male staff was assisting us with setting up the tv's, dishes allocation and the bed was comfortable.

The young lady at reception had a fool attitude she didnt even bother explaining the times of how everything worked. When do the pools close, music time cut off nothing at all. But the male helper wearing a green top assisted us with all of that.

The room had no air conditioner and smelt funny, the bathroom had no toiletries and the night guard was not helpful at all.
