Great atmosphere, however had no room available and didn't notify us. Owner arranged for an alternative place in damp and very cold space with inadequate heating at 5C.

That we were not forewarned and didn't sent us to similar alternative.

"Hotel cancelled our reservation the day we were supposed to arrive and did not communicate the cance"

Hotel cancelled our reservation the day we were supposed to arrive and did not communicate the cancellation until I messaged them for instructions. The property stated the cancellation was due to an electrical issue that morning. They should have immediately called us to cancel. The did cancel our reservation for free.
