Christine was lovely and has a beautiful home which was a delight to stay in. She gave us plenty of great recommendations for things to do around. We had a short one night stay but had a wonderful time and hope to come by for longer soon!

Excellent hosts , rooms were spotless and incredibly comfortable ! The location was superb and the view from the room was great ! Access to owners garden was brilliant and a very very enjoyable and restful stay ! Highly recommendable !

Location was excellent for access to Broadway, Snowshill, Evesham and so many other interesting places. We attended the Gala day at the Gloucester and Warwickshire Railway and Brookleys was an ideal location to allow us to do this. Christine and Ted were lovely hosts. I would recommend staying here. Lovely comfortable bed and a spacious bedroom and bathroom as well as the added bonus of a sitting room and kitchen to ourselves.

Beautiful location so lovely being able to walk down to see the lambs and the cows. Christine was so welcoming. She greeted us when we got there. I spoke to her a few times during my stay. Nothing was too much for her. She brought our breakfast round the evening before, so we could eat it when we wanted to. Had a wonderful weekend can’t wait to return. Thanks so much Christine and Ted

Nothing everything was great

Good size rooms and nice garden

Lovely quiet place.

Some of the areas were not as clean as we expected. The kitchen cutlery and some crockery still had some food on. With the cupboard not very clean at all under the sink. In the bedroom there were moth larvae cases around the edge of the carpet near the wardrobe. The plug in the bathroom does not stop the water running away.

Brookleys were great communicators and very friendly, very approachable and ready to help. Breakfast choices and hospitality was great and were promptly supplied.They were located in easy distance of alcestor, Stratford and Warwick. We had a nice stay and would recommend accomodation as a great holiday base.

The accommodation was excellent providing us with everything we needed. It was a charming three roomed cottage with breakfast delivered the night before for us to partake of when we were ready. I especially appreciated the gluten free alternatives that were provided. Our hosts were welcoming and friendly. Thankyou for a lovely English country experience.
