The accommodation that we booked is lovely and exactly what we thought when we researched online. Christine and Ted were delightful. Ted called in the morning before we travelled from East Sussex as he was concerned that the Xmas Market at Stratford upon Avon had been cancelled and was worried about Storm Darragh and us travelling. The accommodation was also warm and the breakfast was good. We spoke to Christine and Ted on our departure and it appears that they had had another guest who had a foot injury to which they had to accommodate and help which was very kind of them. I wish the weather had enabled is to enjoy the surrounding area and visit their farm animals We would love to come again. Love to Christine and Ted xx

FANTASTIC What a lovely cosy, spotless, and so well catered for place. The hosts are WONDERFUL you will want for nothing, the feel was so homely like a mini cottage atmosphere. I can not rate this highly enough and for the price it is excellent value. Very comfortable the closest to home when you are away

Christine was so friendly and helpful. Made us feel so welcome. Accommodation was super clean and warm - even though temperature was freezing!

Small but cosy , it suited our needs very well , it was warm , plenty of to channels on the to and private . parking behind closed gates was good , we didn’t have to worry about the car
