Lovely location and the hosts were nice. There was breakfast that the host brought round the night before.

Only 2 things. There is a curtain separating the annexe from the main house so it's not overly private. If it was a door we would have felt much more comfortable. There was also dust in the bath so not overly clean in the bathroom but everywhere else was OK.

The breakfast provided was lovely and there were lots of options to choose from Nice comfortable bed Secure parking at the back All ground floor Very quiet, rural location, but you could easily walk into town Friendly host

Nothing, everything was as expected. Would happily stay again

A seperate bedroom , Beds comfy

The towel warmer was very rusty barthroom needs a refit , shower went hot then cold and the kitchen top cupboard door does not close . The bridge in Bidford was closed till nov . Had to tel the owner for direction it took us an extra 1hr to find the B and B . A text or email would have been helpful to warn us the bridge was closed .

Breakfast mediocre, needs improving

Great accommodation with bedroom, bathroom and kitchen/sitting room which opened onto a patio and rear yard. Great hosts. Ample continental style breakfast. Enjoyed the animals in the yards and barn

Brookleys is a beautiful farmhouse with a nice garden. We stayed 5 days in a little appartment with good size rooms, good shower and lovely outdoor sitting area. The farm is good located for the northern Cotwolds. Good advice for nearby pubs and restaurants. The continental breakfast was delivered the day before, based on a good choice. Although I liked that we could make our breakfast at the time we wanted independantely, I misses a cooked breakfast once in a while. The landlords are nice and helpful. The car was parked behind a closed gate. We had a nice week.

The busy corridor of the main house and the apartment are only separated by a not very closing curtain. That is really a lack of privacy. Especially when you have to cross the same corridor to join the bathroom from the bedroom and you have a very helpful landlady filling up the fridge. Maybe put a sliding door ? The bed was not very big. But confortable and beautifully decorated bedroom.

Liked the countryside location. Short drive to The Valley Evesham. Went for food in Bidford upon Avon. Accommodation had everything you needed. Beds were very comfy and it was really quiet. Small farm so went to visit the calves, ponies and sheep. Christine was a lovely helpful host.

Nothing that I did not like.

Though only a Continental breakfast, the range was large and very pleasing. Owner most helpful in many ways.
