The son of the owner was super nice kid. He was really incredible and helped me a lot along the stay. Also the location was nice, if you’re just planing to stay at Virpazar

There was a very bad smell in the bedroom, I can’t identify it, but was not that pleasant

The owner and her son tried to help us whatever we asked. The location is 3 min from the train station, a 15-minute walk from virpazar . We arrived late , and the owner met us at translation. Otherwise, we would lost . They also gave us a beer and cola free of charge on our arrival. The beds were good, the small terrace outside is good for the evening .

The toilet door doesn't close properly.

The stay was perfect, great value for money, the accommodation exceeded my expectations. Luna was an excellent host, she helped us with everything when needed

The owner's sons were very helpful getting us set up. The guest house was well appointed although we only used the kettle and dishes. The beds were comfortable for us (not too squishy) and the pillows were great (firm and thick, I think memory foam). One bedroom had a bed for two and the second bedroom had two singles. It was a quick walk to town with a very small (1 min) section of walking along the busy road without adequate space. Walk along the train tracks for a short time and then cross over onto the path leading to town. It took us ten minutes. The owners grocery shop a two minute walk away (and where you could go if you're checking in without setting it up) is nicely equipped with a small selection of wine, liquor, snacks, cookies, fruit and vegetables, sausage slices, cheeses, and cleaning supplies. It's a 3 minute walk to the train station and the trains are mostly on schedule and quite well priced. (From Virpazar, you would buy your ticket on the train with cash). If you are arriving after dark this is great because if you are staying by the lake it could be a scary walk at night. The AC works extremely well in the kitchen but there is none in the bedrooms -- it worked to keep the doors open to help cool down the bedroom). The patio is great with a BBQ. The stray cats around are quite friendly and want to join you-- one followed me to the door. This space met our needs perfectly despite the negatives below. We would stay here again just with earlier conversations with the owners.

We never heard from the owners until we checked in so if you want to ask questions about a boat ride or other services I suggest you message them well in advance. We used the booking message system as well as what's app and never received a response. Perhaps since we were only staying one night we were not a priority but none of the attention/ welcome drink or pastry/or breakfast was offered to us that is described in other reviews. There is no family room in the house like it describes in the listing so if you want to watch TV you would sit at the kitchen table. This was fine for us as we were only two but if you had four people it would be difficult- there are only 3 chairs. The shower head is VERY high so if you want to use it as a handheld you might need a stool to get it down. The toilet is not attached to the ground so it does tip if you are not careful.

-the location is perfect, it's about 100m from a great vineyard and 1km from the center of Virpazar -in the apartment you have got everything you need -there is a beautiful terrace that you can spend your time -the owner of the apartment is so kind and helpful, she helped us to organzie a great boat trip, that was amazing experience

There was an issue with the toilet which they came to fix straight away and we're very apologetic

The apartment is a little tired and the air con is in the kitchen rather than the bedroom but it did keep the bedroom fairly cool

Easy to find, comfortable, spatious, had all the equipment one might need. Approachable owners, ready to help to arrange a boat cruise.

Some pieces of furniture need to be replaced (kitchen drawer) however, nothing was really disturbing

Very good people, they of course can help with boat trip, the price would be the same if you go to the center yourself (checked). They are hard to find - they are in the middle between ap and down along the staircase which goes through 3 properties. So just stay on the parking and call them.

Local people should force local authorities to make a decent foot path to Vizpazar. What they have now is rather a cow trail ) Peoples with suitcases on wheels normally (fatalistically) end up on the main road pretending they are vehicles.

Location is 10 minutes walk to the centre.The apartment has everything you need and the son of the owner was very friendly and told us everything that we needed to know.

There was a slight smell in the bedroom but nothing too worrying.

Friendly host and her son. Good size, good location walking distance from Lake Skadar. Nice breakfast for €7 each served on the terrace overlooking the mountains. Great value, recommended!

Minor gripes, loose toilet (but still fully usable), and unable to fix showerhead to wall properly (must be handheld).
