Guest House Luna

Host and her sons and puppy Kiki were lovely, thank you for the delicious pancakes! :) apartment was homely and we loved the view out from the balcony and terrace - amazing spot to watching the thunderstorm over the mountains! Location is a little bit out of the centre of Virpazar and the lake but it's only a 10-15 minute walk along a path (after crossing train tracks) and means you have more peace and quiet

Was a little tricky to find but we came across a neighbour who pointed us in the right direction. If arriving on foot from the train station, take first left and go up steps to the right after green house. Or go to Luna shop as host might be there :)

A lot of space, comfortable beds, many towels, nice owner who allowed to leave the luggage, lovely terrace

Lovely host, especially two sons who were like pros giving us info about staying and made us feel welcomed. We enjoyed homemade treats both evenings and our son played with younger boy and friends in nearby football field. Worth to take the boattrip to Skadar early in the morning. Great accommodation with very friendly hosts and hosts friends good tips about area after boatride.

The apartment is cute and cosy with a lovely garden area and a nice view! a great option for exploring lake skadar. the owner and her son are really kind and brought us tasty homemade treats. We did the boat tour that you can arrange directly via the apartment with Ilya and it was amazing, he was also great at making our stay enjoyable as we didn’t have a car so we easily organised some fun activities via him. Its only about 10mins walk into the town you just have to cross the railway track at a certain point (there are barely ever trains coming by) and enter town that way to avoid the main road.

We came from the train station so we were on foot - following google maps means you end up walking on the fast main road where there is no pavement but if you are on foot there is a safer way to walk via the lower roads. with that entrance it means the apartment is only about 2mins away from the station which is great.

The apartment had two bedrooms, comfortable. Nice outdoor areas. The host was very kind and offered drinks on arrival and pancakes during our stay which were much appreciated. Parking above the apartment. The views are beautiful and although apartment is near the road the noise didn't bother us, nor did the train. Highly recommend doing the private boat tour by Ilija which is recommended by the owner. It was the highlight of our stay.

Toilet needs securing properly to the ground, it moves - just a maintenance issue.

Good location and free parking near Lake Skadar. Very helpful staff. He helped us activate a new SIM card and offered us a lake trip.

I had a big problem finding this place. The only logo with the name of this place is on a small gate that is open all the time. Weak wifi signal. The kitchen was old with many traces of use. Shower drain is a problem, while taking a shower you stand in water.

The location was amazing (near both the train station & the entrance to the national parks) and the house was very well furnished, with some coffee, tea, fruit and all the electrical appliances (including multiplugs) that any traveller could need :-)

The accommodation is located in a nice place near Lake Skadar. Check-in went smoothly and the apartment was clean and nice. It was possible to flood, but it was cold at night. Warmer blankets we would be appreciated, but that's just an addition. We were only here for one night and we liked everything.
