everything was excellent

The park is unique. It is in the middle of nature, with so much space. We also brought our dog, who had the time of his life. There are goats and donkeys on the park as well, so our toddler also loved it. The food comes 70% from their own land and 30% from local suppliers. Everything is super fresh.

Nothing that I didn't like. If I had to mention something is that the food service was not very fast (we were with kids and that's always more challenging)

The setting was great, but we would’ve liked more time to enjoy the surroundings and amenities.

It was a short stop on a long trip for us, sadly the day of arrival we lost a good few hours with having to switch rooms due to an awful smell that was radiating from somewhere within the room, I believe it was later found to be kitchen sink trap? The staff at the hotel didn’t really treat the situation with the attention it deserved, we were eventually moved, but to a smaller and less thrills room, where none of the original welcoming items were carried across. The food, whilst conceptually ambitious, left a lot to be desired and despite altering the hotel at the time of booking about allergies in our group, there was little to no awareness of this at the time of dinner and breakfast.

Amazing hotel in a wonderful location. Fabulous huge room with separate bedroom, living room and kitchen, outdoor deck and seating. Staff were great, big shout out to Christina who was awesome. Everything about our stay was perfect. Highly recommend this hotel. Including the Farm to table delicious food.

We were misled during our phone call before booking. We specifically asked if the interior pool was functioning and were told it was. However, upon arrival, we found the interior pool in a dreadful state due to a recent fire—something straight out of a horror movie. Had we been given honest information, we would have chosen differently. The interior pool was the main reason for booking this property, and this deception completely ruined our experience.
