Property is lovely, really nice garden, barbecue, house is really perfect for family of 4. Living room is great with balcony going on the garden side, hammock and garden furniture as well with balcony on the top of the roof. Kitchen really good equipped, rooms has heaters were were staying in April and it was a little bit cold but you can warm the space easily with heaters and AC in living room. Bit colder in kitchen and bathroom but easily heaters can be moved. Washing machine and dryer avalaible.

We hadn't have a fire in living room but there was strong smell of the fireplace.

Near the forest, birds sing all day long, huge garden, bbq area, self checkin and checkout.

Everything was good. Keep in mind that sea is quite far away - better have a car.

Absolutely peaceful area and lovely house/yard. It had everything needed. The host provided clear information and recommendations!

This place is really special. Beautiful garden area, surrounded by greenery - you think you’re in the middle of a forest/jungle. Very clean. Host very helpful, even drove to the airport to bring us the iPad that we forgot at the accommodation. Thanks João!

Really big and nice house in quiet area of Terceira with a lot of GREENERY around. Host was ALWAYS available to any question through WhatsApp messenger. One of BEST hosts we ever had. I liked self check in and check out.

We were there in winter time. It took some time that single air-condition warmed up the house. Bathroom is on the opposite side of the house so AC never managed to warm that part, there should be some heater (I suggest IR panel) installed there for better comfort. Mattress in the double bed room it was a bit uncomfortable .

One of the best booking.com accommodations I have ever stayed at! It was absolutely amazing - a cute little house to yourself with a fireplace and all! Beautiful backyard and short walk out the back. Highly recommend

What an amazing house! Beautiful with a cozy garden. We immediately felt at home, loved the atmosphere. The garden is closed-off and has enoung space to sit and just relax after a day of exploring the island. The kitchen is well-enough equipped. If it gets cold, there is also a lovely living room with a table and couches. Our host was super-friendly and welcoming.
