Please note that the property is accessed via an unpaved road that may be unsuitable for some vehicles. The immediate access from the road is shared with a small holding operating a dairy unit, there may be cows crossing at times. Both bedroom suites can accommodate a cot for a baby, but the open-plan stairs are not suitable for toddlers and young children. Please note this is a working farm and there may be disturbances during the day/evening at certain times of the year.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. El wifi iba un poco flojo. Tal vez una amplificador como una red “mesh” podría ayudar reforzar la señal ?

Beautiful location, excellent property, very cosy. Facilities excellent, host very friendly and helpful.

Our only issue was the WiFi that kept dropping off, a very minor thing that did not affect our stay.

Gorgeous snuggy little place for 2. Spotlessly clean and oooooo the bed was so comfy. Best nights sleep ever! Great location for exploring mid Devon.

I'm chuckling when typing this, and it's the smallest of things, but I struggled with the tiny curtain rings upstairs on all the curtains. They kept coming unhooked. Think there's a knack to them and I wasn't patient enough 😉.

The bijou barn is delightful and the location gorgeous. You have everything you want and the owner has thought of everything you will need. The place is spotless and very comfortable. I found some milk and bantam eggs in the fridge and appreciated the welcome. Wi-Fi was pretty good considering we’re talking Devon. It is a very peaceful place so you can really relax. There is a gate that needs opening and closing so two people rather than one would be useful, and the first part of the path is quite rough to drive over. If you follow instructions it’s easy to find. Highly recommended.

It would be wonderful if the path down to the barn and farmhouse was sorted so less rough. Also a sign at the top of the pathway visible from the road would be very helpful.
