Very easy going for us with a toddler and a dog

The staff there are all super nice and kind. Easy communication in English. Very quiet place, especially at night. Room was clean, bed on the hard side but very comfortable. Food was pretty good. No worries if you're vegan, there are a few options available! It's 1.3km away from the national park's entrance. The photo of the bird in the room was great; the missidentification on the label, priceless! :)

The ceilings in the room should be cleaned.

Bavi Homestead is close to the park entrance. You get great value for money. The pool was a godsend in July. The chicken pho comes with fresh greens from the garden & it's delicious. The staff are super friendly. I highly recommend staying & will hopefully return sooner than later :)

A normal hotel, if you don’t take into account the picture and expectations from the booking account.

Late check-in at 15:00 pm. If you want to register earlier, you will have to pay an additional 50,000 VND for each hour. Very high prices for juices and food. Watermelon juice costs 60,000 dong (in the tourist center of Hanoi the price is two times lower - 30,000 dong). The juice is ordinary, small volume, we didn’t try the food. We checked in in the evening. It turned out that there were no rooms with a double bed overlooking the mountains/garden/pool. They offered a smaller one, with a bad view and access to the road, with one bed. We had to arrange a showdown. It was late, manager talked on the phone for a long time, I was tired. In return, they gave us two rooms in another part of the hotel (I suspect, cheaper, not next to the cute houses and the pool). The rooms were ok, the bathroom was good, the shower was hot. The hotel is normal, but the feeling is spoiled by the staff and the discrepancy between expectation and reality.

Nice location, cozy area with pool and walkable space. The stuff there is friendly. Rooms are pretty clean and have AC.

Pool and facilities were great. Location was perfect. 50km from Hanoi. It is location between two entrances to the national park.
