Proximity to mountain and pricing is good for the area.

The one bedroom individual rooms are located on the bottom of a stilt style home, so the rooms are quite damp feeling like you're staying inside a cave amongst the bugs. We had the windows open for ventilation. Would recommend getting the bigger rooms upstairs if you're considering the homestead. Other than that, the room is clean, and the bathroom has hot water. Good if you're passing by and have a full itinerary outside. It's not so good to hang out in.

Menu is varied, food was great. Staff very helpful and nice. Peaceful surroundings, except one or two trucks honking in the middle of the night

The smell in the bedroom was a bit strong, but we got used to it quickly. Maybe with a little ventilation before the guests arrive would make a difference

Very quiet and the staff were very friendly. The gardens are lovely with many birds. Room had a heater which was very nice since it was cool while we were there. The food was good. Booked 1 night and stayed for a second night.

Recently spent 2 nights here. This ​place is truly a gem, perfect for ​a weekend getaway or whenever you want to calm your mind amidst the chaos of a city life. Located right at the foot of Mount Tan Vien, the place is surrounded by a lot of big trees. They even have a small bamboo forest​ next to the house. The grounds are spacious and well taken care of, very clean and tidy. There ​are a small swimming pool,​ swings, basketball court and children's playground. People were so ​gentle and kind. ​When they noticed that I was about to leave, one of the staff even waited for me and took me on her motorbike to the bus station after she finished her shift and was about to leave for the day​ (without me asking). ​Green, quiet and peaceful are all I remember about this place. ​Just remember to bring mosquito repellent (since there are lots of trees and bursts, there are quite lots of mosquitoes as you can imagine) and your favorite snacks (this is the countryside, so there are not many options for snacks) then you are all set.

Fix the ceiling fans in room Vong Thi. It makes loud noise.
