Even though we have been unlucky with the weather, the pool looked fantastic as well as the whole building was very rural but lovely. A few little cats are soon to become your friends :) The room was spacious and clean and comfortable bed. Just a few minutes drive from Montepulciano center.

Would have loved to use the bathroom heating to dry the towels but since we were not in cold season we couldn't turn it on.

Yuriy contacted us a few days before our arrival and was in constant contact every day until we left. Just amazing communications. He is a lovely young man. We had a small issue with a handful of noisy kids next to us starting at 5:am on our first night. I spoke with Yuriy and he took care of it and the kids were just fine after that. Kids and swimming pools! Our apartment was large and fairly well fitted out for a weeks stay. Large fridge and a gas cooktop. WiFi was strong, but Vodafone was very weak or nonexistant. The bathroom had a small change of floor height, which could do with a safety strip. It was only 1 inch or 2.5mm but difficult to see with the tiles. Also had to watch not to bump your head. There was lots of hot water and the shower was very good. The property was very well maintained, and the pool was lovely. There's a huge BBQ which we made use of - bring your own carbon. Security was great, with an electric gate and good parking. Montepulciano, which is amazing, is about 3km and uphill all the way. You definitely need a car. Yuriy sent us detailed instructions on how to find the property. The property is surrounded by farmland and grape vines. There's a nice view from the pool area of the setting sun over Montefollonico. We would definitely go back and would reccomend the property.

The small step in the bathroom and poor cell phone reception. Though poor cell phone reception is common, and there's nothing the property can do about it. Make sure you have WhatsApp.
