This place exceeded all expectations, you instantly feel welcomed upon checking in with the farmhouse cats awaiting at the gate, and the cozy decor throughout the rooms. The true crown jewel of this property is the pool and the surrounding gardens, perfectly maintained and serene. The property is quiet and tranquil, the surrounding vineyards creating a cacophony of calm. The staff were amazing - the manager, Yuriy went above and beyond to provide exemplary customer service and always showed genuine care when working to help myself and all other guests. I can only hope to return to this beautiful location again, would recommend it to anyone - excellent value for the price point

This is a good place to stay if you are looking to run away from the city and enjoy a more remote life while traveling around Tuscany. Yuriy, the person that facilitated our stay, was really nice and helpful all the way through! Thanks! We liked that there was a closed parking space; The rooms were big and spacious; There were two bathrooms inside; The beds were pretty comfy. The wifi was good; You can eat outside since there are tables there at every apartment!; Seems to be a good choice for the summer; Bonus: if you arrive late in the dark, one of the three cats (the black tailless one) meets you at the gate every time!

I write this with mixed feelings in mind as we were traveling with my fiance's parents, and they would probably disagree with some of the points here. Some comforts were truly missing here. Unlike most places we visited in Italy, there is no coffee machine or a toaster (parents didn't mind brewing themselves); The kitchen was a bit small if you're cooking for more than 2-3 people surprisingly, and cleaning up afterwards was a bit cumbersome; The gas stove needs some fixing. The integrated electric lighter only works on one of the four stoves; We needed to turn on heating and pay extra, because upon our initial arrival it felt a bit damp and quite cold (especially the floor) despite it being the spring season. Unlike us, the parents didn't mind most of this since they grew up in a similar place. Me and my fiance like just the comforts that come with the city 😄.

The facility is located near the town of Montepulciano and is suitable for visiting the area. The building's yard is neat and spacious with a nice lawn and vegetation.

The apartment had a bad smell all three days of our stay, regardless of ventilation. our stay was in April, so it was necessary to warm up the space. The central heating was correct, however the host immediately said that we will pay extra for the heating. According to him, this information was listed on the booking, but apparently somewhere where I did not notice it. It is questionable why the total amount of gas consumed is charged, which of course also includes the amount for cooking and hot water. These things are basic and are offered by every booking accommodation with no additional charge. No invoice was issued for the extra charge. Furthermore, the host did not bother to have basic household items such as sugar and salt or cutting boards in the apartment. Everything was completely empty, cold and without the slightest effort to make our stay pleasant.

Beautiful property, peaceful with thoughtful traditional rustic decor. Three beautiful cats on property. Pool! Stroll through the vineyards, orchards , and olive groves. Very helpful staff.
