"Good"

A lovely location, but we lucked out with our room. The other rooms looked lovely, ours was very small with a steep climb up to a loft where the bed was. Up there the ceiling was far too low for us. The steps are not ideal for an elderly person or someone that is unsteady on their feet. This apartment should be advertised as such and it’s price should reflect the room.

"We enjoyed this location….the grounds, views, and the peace and quiet"

The property was very pretty with lovely views The location was great (close to Montepulciano and lots of beautiful drives) The bathroom was spotless and we loved the big window The beds were very comfortable The girl who worked there was very friendly, helpful and professional

The apt was quite musty smelling when we arrived (just needing airing out) It would have been appreciated to have had a coffeemaker (and a few supplies)

"Superb"

Amazing property in a very quiet area, but still close to montepulciano. The facility offers a nice pool with a garden, and the apartment is very clean and cozy. The staff was very nice and helpful.

Primula room is fairly small and has no windows (only a big door with glass)

"Pro's and cons"

The property looks beautiful and the swimming pool is clean and nice. We got some good advice from the guy from the reception, he is very kind. The spot near by Montepulciano is perfect to do some tours around the area / accessible.

Smell in the living room (maybe the cats?), no information of the area and accommodation in the room. Reception is only open in the morning (that is fine, but good to know upfront or with some more info in the room itself). Rooms are noisy and in the night you hear the road next to the accommodation. The noise for us was okay to sleep, but good to know.
