Hewletts Mill

Beautiful character property, amazing well kept grounds. Immaculate pool and pool terrace, sun loungers, lots of outside furniture for eating. Breakfast choice was very good and delicious. Our en suite room was clean and comfortable with double aspect. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

We had an incredible stay at Hewletts Mill. We came down for a birthday weekend, as we had booked to go to a garden show nearby at The Newt. The location was perfect and surrounded by wonderful pubs and farm shops. The grounds are absolutely stunning and it was so nice to be able to sit outside by the pool, in the sunshine. Breakfast was so delicious, could tell it was all fresh and local produce. The house and grounds are very relaxing, felt like home. Guy & Cindy are such fabulous hosts, we will definitely be back.

Fantastic hosts who really made us feel welcome and at home. Beautiful property, like something from a fairytale and immaculate gardens. Excellent restaurants/gastropubs nearby. We stayed two nights and had planned to do some sight-seeing during the day, but ended up staying all day and enjoying the pool, facilities and playing with the family's dogs. Thank you!

A little pricey, although given the wonderful memories we and the children have it's not a big concern.
