Emplacement exceptionnel avec une vue incroyable.

Attention : il y a 3 chambres, donc théoriquement pour 6 personnes personnes. Mais 4 personnes est selon nous un maximum compte tenu qu il n'y a que 1 salle de douche et que le séjour n est pas équipé pour plus de 4 personnes.

Wir haben unseren kurzen Aufenthalt in dem schönen Häuschen in sehr guter Erinnerung. Auf der schönen Terasse konnten wir den Sonnenuntergang und die wunderschöne Landschaft genießen.

The owner is very responsive and welcoming. The view was excellent. It is also very near to Hobitton

There is nothing we did not like. We are a group of 4. Another toilet would have been lovely

We were actually in awe when we pulled up at Peria Hills Cottage! The surrounds and view were absolutely stunning! The photos don’t do it justice at all. The cottage was beautiful, clean and very comfortable. I loved the mint app,Janice’s, and the special bonus for me were the Green Dragon mugs from Hobbiton! A hot cup of tea in one of the mugs and the view…..perfect!

Stunning location, comfortable beds

We would have liked coat stands in each bedroom to hang dresses ect as there were no wardrobes However This did not distract from the amazing accomodation
