Peria Hills Cottage

This was one of our most favourite places to stay. We loved how cute the cottage was, the beds were comfy and the out look so peaceful. We had great weather with a beautiful sunset.

Love the privacy and of course the surrounding as well. It was such a pleasant stay at the cottage. My family love it and will definitely return in future.

Remote cottage little ‘farm stay’, gorgeous views, great location, friendly hosts and a border collie to pat! Quiet location close to town and tours around. Gorgeous lush countryside with lots of cows. Heavenly place.

We absolutely loved the cottage! It was well supplied and was on a beautiful quiet country property! We would recommend staying here to anyone! We loved being greeted by the nearby sweet dog when we arrived!

This home was immaculate, had everything we needed, and was full of sunlight and great views. We would like to go back and stay longer!

The location was great for our trip to Hobbiton. We had everything we needed. Very peaceful, private, beautiful scenery. The cottage was clean and well laid out. Beds were comfortable. Though it looks like a lot fitted into a compact space, we had plenty of room for four people. Girls enjoyed the dog visit. This cottage is very good value. We would be very happy to stay here again.

Hard to find anything to criticise. If we were be8 really fussy, there wasn't much space for food storage if you were staying a while, but plenty of bench space so it wasn't a problem for us.
