Peria Hills Cottage

Clean, warm, good location with a car, fantastic views from every room, free spacious parking, good shower, host has good recommendation ( restaurant for dinner) and communication was instant and very pleasant :-)

Wifi connection though it didn't bother me at all. (Wasn't able to connect)

Excellent location. Views were amazing from every window of the cottage. The beds were very comfortable, we were warm n toasty on a cold night.

Not a major. A few more pots n pans of different sizes would have made life a little easier.

It was clean, comfortable and private. The location was stunning! It was quiet and the perfect place to relax and unwind for the long weekend. The cottage is only 15 minutes away from Hobbiton and only a very short drive away from the township. It had everything that we needed.

Only one minor thing- the tv doesn’t have chromecast, so we weren’t able to stream Netflix, Disney+ etc which I think would have made our stay even more amazing.

Driveway area very dark at night, some lighting (even solar lights) would be helpful.

The surroundings were fantastic

The fridge was broken, and I could not contact the care takers.
