"Magical stay at this beautiful Quinta!"

This hotel is located on the cliff of the Douro in the middle of a vineyard. We had a fantastic welcome, an unexpected upgrade and the room had a view of the river form the balcony, magical! The breakfast was good and we ate at the restaurant which was a wonderful experience. Highly recommend this property if you are visiting the Douro.

Fina rum, otrolig utsikt, välstädat, utmärkt säng, trevlig personal.

Vi var där i mars och hade ej egen bil vilket gjorde det lite knepigt då det ej finns snacks eller dylikt att köpa och restaurangen enbart öppen på kvällen och var mer en fin resturang. Ca 25 min med taxi till stan.

Location is fabulous everything was perfect , rooms are spacious and clean all have a great view of the Duoro Valley and the vineyards . Drinks are fantastic so was the cuisine. seldom have I encountered anybody so knowledgeable about the product the history and quality as our Waitress Sandra ..she was absolutely outstanding. "Geweldig verblijf op de Quinta São Luiz met adembenemend uitzicht op de Douro"

Prachtige Quinta met moderne kamers. Bij aankomst kregen we een gratis toer door de wijngaarden en de kelder, en aansluitend een port proeverij. Heel erg leuk! Het uitzicht op de rivier de Douro is adembenemend mooi!!! 's Avonds in het restaurant gegeten. Het personeel deed er alles aan om het ons naar de zin te maken. Het traditionele Portugese gerecht was smakelijk en leuk om er de uitleg bij te krijgen!
