Thames Head Wharf - Historic Cotswold Cottage with Stunning Countryside Views

Was very cute and cosy. Great location outside of town, with a beautiful nature view. Owner was so lovely, and lots of thoughtful touches.

Very friendly & helpful reception. Chris detailed local pubs and cafes. The room was immaculate & very comfortable. The bed linen was clean with an electric blanket (dual controlled) Superb shower and en suite, huge soft fluffy towels. We had use of the family fridge for our milk. Breakfast cereal bars, fruit juice cartons, bottled water & packet snacks were refreshed daily by Ann. Private parking on site. A lovely couple who couldn’t have done more to make us very welcome in their own home. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful setting. Immaculately clean. Ann was the best host we have ever experienced in our many years of visiting Booking.com properties. Lovely little touches like snacks in the room, bottles of water. We arrived as guests and were genuinely sad to leave - It felt as if we were saying goodbye to family.

The hosts were friendly and gracious and provided excellent information on local site seeing, geography and history. The room was comfortable with plenty of snacks and the use of their kitchen. Very clean and modern.

The room could have used a second chair and the bathroom, not shared, was outside of the room.
