We were very satisfied with our stay at the hotel – everything was clean, comfortable, and well-organized. The staff was friendly and attentive, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Our family really enjoyed it, and we would definitely come back in the future!

Nothing negative or unpleasant came up during our stay, and everything went smoothly. The experience was great, and we truly enjoyed our time at the hotel. Would happily recommend it to others!

Nice quiet apartment.

But high humidity, no AC. The winter time can be a bit hard and chilly, and also feels “wet” on bed. And need to prepare own bath things.

View is direction to the mountain but nice place in a beautiful garden.

Important to know: There are two accommodations on site. One is the house with a bedroom, bathroom and living room and the other is a kitchen in a separate house. The second is the attic apartment with several bedrooms. This rating refers to the house. We liked the quiet location and the beautiful view from the window. The hostess was very friendly! The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The kitchen in the adjoining house was very well equipped, we found everything we needed to cook The location is good for exploring the north side of the island. Porto Moniz can be reached in 8 minutes, Seixal in under 15 minutes. We drove about half an hour to the Fanal fores

Due to the altitude, the air and therefore the house is a little humid. You could also feel it in the bedroom. In the bathroom, the sink drain had to be kept closed, otherwise it smelled a lot like stale water. It was also the only place on the island where we had mosquitoes, which did bother us quite a bit at night. A fly net on the bedroom window would be great!

No sun loungers on the terrasse or garden

The owner Celina is a very nice woman. She helped us a lot. She even shared with us a very tasty cake. We cooked our breakfasts in the kitchen in a separate building. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. Private parking is a big plus. The garden near the house is beautiful. WiFi worked well.

Very nice a modern accommodation in nicely renovated village house. Nice garden around. Celina was very pleasant and helpful host. Nice location above Porto Moniz - good staring point for trips on north west coast of Madeira.

Well located for walking on levadas. Good car parking and WiFi. Quiet location.

The 3 bedroom 'unit' was located in the roof space of a big house which is not pictured on the booking.com site. It only had one window with a view, all the remaining windows were skylights and, as a result large areas of the unit (especially the kitchen and dining area) have little natural daylight. In May, when we stayed, the unit was cold, the beds were damp, and the heating provided hardly made any impact. There were no duvets and the rough acrylic blankets provided instead smelled heavily of chemical cleaning. The shower leaked and flooded the (small) bathroom floor and there was no facility for drying permanently wet towels. Of note, many of these shortcomings have been mentioned before in visitors' comments and not resolved.

Everything was great. Amazing view on ocean from a bedroom on the second floor:), fully equipped kitchen and small garden.
