Llegamos a las 3:30 y no estaba lista nuestra habitación o la entregaron hasta después de las 4 o el único detalle de ahí en más la dueña nos Atendió por teléfono excelentemente bien

The bed was large and comfortable, the aircon worked, the price was reasonable, and there were clearly a lot of facilities there that could have been used if there had been people there.

To begin with, there was no one there when we arrived at the hotel, and no message from them beforehand to say that this would be the case. We arrived on a Sunday evening in a rural area with no phone signal, to find the place locked up and deserted. After a while someone turned up to let us in, but they then disappeared and we didn’t see anyone for the rest of our stay. There was no soap/shampoo/shower gel in the dispensers, the light in the toilet didn’t work, and the internet didn’t work in the room (only in the garden which was v mosquito-y in the evenings). Feels like maybe outside of the main tourist season things get a bit neglected?

No tiene estacionamiento

The grounds are stunning. I hung out with a little stray cat. There are three pools and several cabanas, with lush plants. It was a dreamy pleasure garden. This place would be great if you brought some friends and stayed for a few days to explore the cenote circle.

LISTEN UP!! THIS WAS A WEIRD EXPERIENCE. Ok guys I SHOULD have looked at the negative reviews first cause I'm going to say what everyone has been saying.... When I arrived, no one met me, and I hadn't been given a code. I called the numbe,r and she texted me the code– all was good- but this was after trying to get in touch for like 30 minutes. When I finally got in, I was the only guest. Traveling solo, I felt a bit bugged out. On the one hand it was luxurious to have the place to myself, but it was also deeply unsettling to be so alone in an unknown place. There was no drinking water or any cups, utensils etc, even though there weridly was a drip coffee maker... (coffee not included) There was somone elses razor in the shower.... just weird.

Sa proximité avec beaucoup de Cenote

Oula. Tout commence par un check in en autonomie (mais ça on ne vous le dit pas) , arrivé à l’adresse , nous tombons sur une porte avec digicode dont nous n’avions aucune instructions . Pas de réseau car c’est un tout petit village. Donc pas de moyen de communiquer avec l’hôte. Par grande chance, nous avons capté un tout petit réseau wifi car j’avais demandé la veille de l’arrivée , nous avons pu contacter l’hôte par WhatsApp qui nous a aiguillé. Sans ça nous serions resté dehors car il n’y a personne pour vous accueillir. Quand au logement , le ménage est succinct , des traces par terre jaune, saleté sur les interrupteurs , mouche morte .. encore heureux que le lit était propre. La piscine était sale le jour de notre arrivée. Bref je suis du genre tolérante mais à ce prix on en attends un minimum, au point que nous avions réservé 2 nuits , mais que nous sommes partis le lendemain. Je ne recommande absolument pas.

The cabins are cosy, the bed comfortable, the shower good. The pool and jacuzzi in the garden areas are great. Location is great for the many local cenotes. Unlike some of the other reviews, I found it to be clean and the jacuzzi worked well. The Internet worked.

Some facility to make or buy coffee. Some cups or glasses in the room would be good. There is little contact with staff, and no one is on site to ask if you have any questions. Have their number ready as to be let in you need to call them as there is not a reception.

La ubicación

No había agua, no servía el baño,no había personal. Eso sí, el personal que me atendió vía telefónica fue amable

Las instalaciones y los cuartos están increíbles, con una decoración de muy buen gusto y amor al detalle. El espacio interior como un oasis de paz, y las albercas y el yacuzzi espectaculares

lamentablemante parece que regularmente queman basura en el vecindario cercano, y a veces huele muy penetrante a humo de plástico quemado

Me gusto la habitación, la cama y la alberca
