"Exceptional"

A lovely property with very clean room. The produce served at breakfast is all locally sourced and very nice. The biggest plus for this property is Elsa the host. Elsa greets all of her guests like old friends, and indeed some are. Always ready to give advice on places to eat, to explore and what to see. This is the best accommodation I have ever stayed in because Elsa makes me feel so relaxed when I stayed. Thank you Elsa.

I loved this place.

אלזה בעלת המקום חברותית ביותר מוכנה לעזור בכל דבר. המקום עצמו יפיפה אותנטי. החדר (twin) מעט קטן, ואין הרבה מקום לשים דברים. המרחבים הציבוריים נעימים ומזמינים לשבת

Direkter Zugang zum Garten, persönlicher Empfang & Informationen über die Umgebung von der herzlichen Gastgeberin, leckeres & reichhaltiges Morgenessen, sehr sauberes Zimmer. Wir würden definitiv wieder dort absteigen.

Ein kleines aber feines Haus. Recht zentral aber doch ruhig gelegen. Wir hatten eine "Vollblutgastgeberin". Nach Ausflugstipps, etc. brauchten wir erst gar nicht fragen - die bekamen wir gleich. Sehr geräumige Zimmer. Frühstück war gut.

"Hospedagem com calor humano."

A estadia foi ótima. Conforto, limpeza, café da manhã e localização. Mas o ponto alto é a Elsa. Atenciosa, bem humorada e conhecedora da Serra da Estrela. Montou um roteiro de um dia para nós que foi perfeito. E fez isso em questão de minutos. Recomendo fortemente a hospedagem no Serra Vale.
