"I was not happy at all"

Very safe, easily accessible. The lady was okay. Fan was working. Warm water provided.

The bed was not comfortable at all. Making noise even when you move an inch. The sheets were clean but didn't smell nice and fresh,I'm sure StaSoft could have helped.

The best area in terms of safety, I was doing my morning walks at 6am and afternoon walks till 8pm without any fear. .

The place is not cleaned, full of spider worms and spiders. Their focus is just to change the bedding.

I like that I was comfortable and clean

Yes It was a last moment thing bt the lady couldn't assist us with anything she said she doesn't knw where we can get food etc she doesn't knw anything and the TV wasn't working and the shower door was broken as well
