Everything from the welcoming of the staff member who doesn't even know how to speak English, how do you employ someone to welcome guests yet they can't speak a simple universal language? There's not even a single tea bag or coffee in the room yet there's a kettle and cups. The bed is in a very bad condition, the place is absolutely not worth the value for money at all.
