The room that was meant for 4 people was not prepared

NOTTHING . This place does not deserve any stars.

The place only looks good on the photos. Had to phone the lady everything we want to enter to open the gate. No any extra remote. The room is ugly, broken tiles, and loose tap in basin. Not very nice shower. The curtains in the room are untidy. The bed is VERY HARD AND UNPLEASANT TO SLEEP ON with flat cushions

I like how each room had its own bathroom

That under the beds it was very dusty. Had trouble accessing the property the first day.

Clean environment Easy to locate

They took my money and didn't give me the place I had booked for, rather they sent me to a different establishment which I managed my night to avoid going back and forth, they ruined my plans and I hated it I didn't spend the night at Hirondelle

Our experience was overall 4/10, the matras was not good ,The entrance is in old paarl rd and constent cars dicing down the str, didnt get good sleep due the people living there with a baby screaming non stop ,i will understand if it was next door but in the same building where guests want to have some quiteness ,why do you call it a guest house .

Nothing I never stayed there I left soon as i arrived
