They overbooked the accommodation and so I didn’t get a room and got a refund. I had to find accommodation at very short notice

They didn’t clean the apartment from my arrival until we left. I had to ask for necessities like tissue.

The location

1. The staff was very unethical, they made me wait outside after a long trip and I had requested to arrive early and they told me they missed my request, so they made me wait outside the gate with my luggages for a good 30 minutes and some change. Kept ringing the bell and calling them. 2. When they finally opened of which it was because of a guy who stays on the streets “iphara” who was shouting inside for them to open for me and they did. They didn’t wanna open when it was only me ringing the bell outside. 3. They told me to wait 50 minutes to an hour for the guy to arrive from the shops, and when he did he didn’t prioritise me or try to come and talk to me, I had to call him out that, is my room ready?… and he told me they are overbooked and that time I had booked 2 days prior. He then prepared a room for me in another guesthouse, and he took me there. 4. When I arrived he told me that I can only check in at 1 pm because that’s the checking in time and I told him that; that’s not a me problem because I had requested to check in earlier and y’all didn’t approve it saying that you didn’t see it 5. When I was staying there I felt like he really wanted me to check out, he even asked me twice the day before my checking out time if it’s my last night sleeping here, like he is not really keen on me staying there and that same night he knocked on my window which was scary asking me if I still have a tissue and do I want it or not. Would’ve appreciated it if he knocked on my door not the window, it was scary.

It's a quite area. Food facilities are a walking distance

The rooms were a bit hot. There's no aircons only fans.

No breakfast

It was hot the fan didn't halp much

The location and the guy was fine

It was not clean , shower had hair and linen

Nothing. I paid and no one opened and I lost R770 which was not refunded and place was not very clean. Very unprofessional and not ethical.
