Breakfast was very good. Location was fine, easy to find, well sign posted.

Room was a little bit too small. The room smells dump and the bathroom was a little bit "tired" needs an upgrade.

Location is good to visit conero. Near to Sirolo. Nice garden.

Our room was at the first floor with no balcony or terrace. Breakfast is served in a room downstairs. Only few tables arr located in the garden and you need to bring by yourself the selected food. Breakfast is passable.
