"Never stayed so can’t comment."

We didn’t actually get to stay there. So I’ve marked it poor. I have spoken to the host and explained the reason why. We tried for 20 minutes to get an answer from the front door but no answer. In the end we decided to leave as we needed accommodation for the night. The place didn’t quite look like the photos. The host apologised for the issues. I have tried to communicate with booking.com with regards to a payment being taken out from my bank but are having issues with actually talking to someone. Obviously I do not want to be charged for somewhere that I didn’t stay.

"Enjoyable, comfortable with the yummiest Irish breakfast"

Ballyglass is a wonderful location, it is full of old fashioned charm and one of the few places that really has a feeling of true old Ireland. The breakfast was absolutely gorgeous, staff were extremely accommodating and I will definitely be a return guest.

This a charming location, would appeal to people looking for something authentic with an appreciation for old Ireland appose to the bland modern hotel experience we get in large cities and towns.
