Very nice and big pool

Wow the location and the staff are excellent....The staff went out of the way to make our stay enjoyable and I really appreciated that. The views are incredible and the bar area and restaurant are exceptional.

There is no aircon. And while I have seen sooo many reviews state they also feel aircon is needed especially inland in SA where it gets extremely hot a fan is not sufficient. It is clear there is money as there is very expensive art everywhere, so why not care about the comfort of your guests and fist spend the money on guest comfort . One of the staff members said they have repeatedly shared that guests would love aircon but the owners have not listened. There is also a desperate need for a spring clean, maintenance of broken windows etc..and new pillows and bedding. Our pillows were very old and flat. I think aesthetics are well considered but not guest comfort. I would 100% stay again if there was zircon but sadly won't go back until there is .

The Manor House restaurant was excellent and the staff were very helpful

Could have done with sun-lounger type chairs in the room

Food, room, location all very good. The wild water pond was a real treat

Lack of A/C. The fan provided was inadequate and very noisy. The pool beds need replacing
