La ubicación es bastante justa, apartado de todo, te aparcan delante del bungalow sin pedirte permiso. Está todo lleno de cámaras por todos sitios para vigilarte y luego nadie sabe nada. Ni como.funciona nada, ni como ayudarte. Solo vas recibiendo emails en cadena como si fuera un spam diciéndote que la Queens room no tiene vistas al fuji. Pedimos un futón extra para mí hija que tiene menos de un año y no lo tenían preparado. Vino al final una chica a traernos el futón. Un desastre, son tan húmedas aunque tengas el aire acondicionado las paredes y el suelo, que el colchón se quedaba húmedo. Mi hija se ha resfriado de dormir encima del futón. Muy mal aislado y no te avisan de que es una parcela con cámaras, 4 bungalows y nadie que te atienda. No hay servicio. Solo te dicen que si tienes problemas llames a un número japonés (que como turista tampoco puedes llamar). Nos encontramos un chico que estaba haciendo mantenimiento en la misma parcela pero tampoco sabia nada ni de cómo abrir los módulos...

To expensive to use the BBQ

Wir hatten für 2 Nächte einen eigenen Wohnanhänger. Die Aussicht am Morgen bzw. am Abend ist atemberaubend. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl! Vom Bahnhof sind es circa 12-14min zu Fuß mit dem Rucksack.Ansonsten sind wir alles zu Fuß gelaufen, die Umgebung ist wirklich toll. Der Anhänger ist gut ausgestattet, man findet alles, was man braucht.

das Bad war wirklich sehr klein mit wenig Abstellmöglichkeiten. Das Lichtkonzept war leider nicht gemütlich.

This place was ideal for our few days in Kawaguchiko! The location was excellent, just a short ~7-8 min walk from Kawaguchiko station. We stayed in the Queen cabin, which was so spacious (such a treat after being in small hotel rooms) and had everything we needed, including a little kitchenette (fridge, microwave, cooking utensils etc). There is no TV but there's a projector and we were able to sign into Netflix and Prime on it :) There was no view of Fuji from our cabin but there's a little common area right beside the cabins that has an amazing view of Mt Fuji - there was hardly ever anyone else there so it was great. Finally the owners were really friendly and helpful with any queries we had, which made the experience really easy and pleasant.

The only really minor thing is there was no full length mirror in the cabin. Not a major deal as there was a small portable one but a small area for improvement.

I was given the wrong access code and ended up not using 1 of the two rooms booked. The phone number provided couldnt be reached and response only received 4 hours later via the chat

The location wasn’t hard to find (we drove there) and the property we chose (king brown) was very spacious and had all the amenities we needed. The very best part was that it was facing exactly in front of Mt. Fuji! Also, check-in and check-out process was very easy.
