Außergewöhnliche Unterkunft mit historischem Background, wundervolle Gegend mit kurzem Weg in die sehr schöne Altstadt

Staff helpful and polite sorted out problems with our room and friends when they arrived. The location and grounds beautiful. We enjoyed dinner in restaurant both nights staff coped even though other events on.

The property is looking a little tired and run down in places partly to be expected in old building.However both ourselves and friends had to ask for another room because of maintenance and housekeeping problems. These were organised but not what you would expect from a location or costs that we had to pay.

Live not far

I like everything about Ruthin Castle. This was my third visit, one friend's second and my other friend was there for his first time.

One of my friends was awakened by the peacocks that can be a bit noisy but as the are part of the scenery and my friend often wakes up early, it wasn't a problem. I suppose that it could be a problem for some?
