Country House Uliana

Perfect place in perfect location - close to many beautiful places and in a quiet area. The hosts was extremely nice very helpful. The apartment itself is very big and spacious, with all the facilities you can think of. The garden area was beautiful too. Breakfast was very good too, and they even prepared us a birthday cake.

Good location between Kutaisi and Zqaltubo, a quiet place not far from the main road. Nice view to a small lake and the countryside from the room terrace. Interior is not new but well kept. Very big apartment, good value for the price!

We requested a baby cot and it was confirmed but it was not available because it was "busy" with another guest apparently. An information ahead would have been nice. Breakfast was with fresh fruits but the choices were a bit limited on that day.

Excellent house. You will have the felling of living in Georgian village. Very clean. Close to Kutaisi around 10-15 minutes by car. We enjoyed our stay, breakfast and view. Thanks for everything

Exceptional home-stay accommodation. Uliana was a very attentive host and communication was smooth. She offered us to book dinner with her with vegetarian option, which was delicious. The apartment was excellently equipped and clean, with a living room, bedroom, kitchen and private bathroom. Very comfortable bed and delicious breakfast the next morning. The accommodation is idyllic and quiet with a very friendly house dog and cat :) We really enjoyed our short time here and would stay with her again anytime. Thank you very much!

It was an enjoyable stay, we've liked the intro part and as we had a child with us, she really liked the rabbits and other animals. It's very quiet, so we slept well. The apartment had a fireplace and we had a nice time playing board games together with Uliana's son. The breakfast was tasty and enough to start our day. Uliana helped us with the nearby places to find takeaway food when we left in the morning to visit the nearby attractions. The location is perfect for sightseeing and there's no traffic (compared to Kutaisi downtown, takes time to get out!).

A shower gel/shampoo in the bathroom would be nice :)

The apartment was wonderful. It was bigger than I thought and well decorated. The apartment was very clean too. The outdoor area was stunning! A beautiful lake and a luscious garden where you could relax in the evening after a long day with a calm and quiet environment with very friendly pets. However, the real gem of this country house is the hostess Uliana, who is extremely friendly and welcoming and makes a wonderful breakfast.
