"Superb"

A beautiful country estate in a great location in-between Kutaisi and Tskaltubo. It is a peaceful retreat. All of the amenities required are available and the hosts are warm and welcoming. We would happily stay at Uliana's again in the future!

"Exceptional"

Uliana's country house was the best accommodation we had in Georgia,we felt sorry that we spent there only 2 nights, we would have stayed without any hesitation for even a week, the house was very comfortable clean in a quite tranquility village with friendly animals around you dogs cats and sweet rabbits,, all green and charming. Uliana speaks English wonderful and she welcomed us very warmly and kind. We strongly recommend this lovely charming house, we will definitely comeback ourselves next time we are in Georgia.

"Lovely grand mansion at perfect location for sightseeing"

Lovely grand mansion with country feeling. We loved the host and all the animals. Really warm hospitality and a lot of space. Perfect location for sightseeing of Martvili Canyon, Okatse Canyon, Kutaisi and Gelati. Very family friendly. Host speaks good English (no app needed!!).

It has a typical old house smell. If you are not sensitive to it, this is a truly great stay for multiple nights!
