Stunning Yew Tree Cottage

Beautiful stone cottage in a lovely rural location with lovely countryside walks from the front door. Everything was there that we could possibly need! Very spacious and comfortable. Friendly and helpful owner who helped us out when we had an unexpected incident on our last evening. Thank you! Excellent pub within 50 metres of the cottage, super Sunday lunch!

We had the most perfect stay! The cottage was beautiful, comfortable, and had everything (and more). The welcome hamper was such a thoughtful touch—and a complete lifesaver the next morning. You can really feel the care the owners have put into every detail. Part of me was tempted to score it lower just to keep it a hidden gem, but it truly deserves top marks—we will definitely be back! They also went above and beyond for our dog, which made the stay even more special.

The property was beautiful very well equipped and spotlessly clean welcome hamper was much appreciated . Great communication with hosts . Highly recommend pub down the road to eat and locals very friendly .

We returned to this lovely cottage with lots of period features for a second visit. We like that it's family friendly with highchairs, cots, kids friendly plates and cutlery, toys and books. The beds are really comfortable. The location is perfect with lovely walks and interesting destinations nearby. There's so much to do. But equally it's nice just to chill and enjoy the setting.
