Restaurant was closed but I was not made aware of this until after a non-refundable booking was made.

Beautiful hotel in a quiet scenic location, great food and surroundings, classy restaurant and garden and really kind staff!

No Wi-Fi in the room (or if there was we couldn’t find the password!) would be better if password was on display in the room :)

Pleasant welcome on arrival. Pretty restaurant area. Property set in lovely surroundings. Very comfortable beds.

No designated bar area. Little choice of beers. Cold water from shower. Did not like not having a door to the bathroom. I think it should be stated that the bedroom and bathroom is of an open plan layout, as this is not to everyones liking. I would not have booked if I'd known previously. Restaurant lacked atmosphere. Over priced.

Arrived and the reception was closed no one available, had to go out for diner, the shower was not hot, lots of cob webs in the room, a green light on in the room all night, at breakfast placed in a door opening while the staff were unpacking boxes of flowers with little attention to us as as the only guests. Very expensive for the service and facilities.

The property was beautiful, spacious and very well looked after. The bed was extremely comfortable and the food was incredible. I will definitely be booking here again, it’s a stunning venue and location and the hosts were amazing.

Beautiful location and quiet Rooms v comfortable sadly affected by thunderstorms so power cut til midnight

Taps were a bit loose in bathrooms but a small problem compared to so many wonderful positives
