Stone Paradise Homestay

Very cozy and peaceful place. Hieu was constantly recommending us places to go that could save money and less tourist. He also provided dinner / breakfast at a small charge. Views are breathtaking and we could see the cable cars from the room. We truly enjoyed our stay for 4 nights.

There is a small stretch of the roads are bad... I had to come down from the motorcycle because my partner was not too confident steering through the gravel road and port holes. If possible, could install curtain that blocks off lights and netting ( to prevent bugs) at the windows.

The location is very nice and quiet, out of the caps of Sapa town. From the house itself you can start some very nice walks outside of tourist areas. The owners are very welcoming, very knowledgeable of the area and they can recommend you very nice walks. Food is delicious

Hieu und seine Familie waren super lieb und hilfsbereit. Wir haben dort 2 Nächte verbracht. Es ist sehr sauber, mitten in den Bergen mit einer wunderschönen Terrasse. Man kann abends mit der Familie essen, was wir nur empfehlen können! Hieu selbst hat uns so viele Tipps für Wanderungen gegeben, uns sogar bei einer hin gefahren und abgeholt. Sonst kann man auch super direkt von hier aus starten. Er war immer erreichbar und immer für uns da. Wer wirklich Natur, Familie und einfach das ehrliche Sapa erleben möchte ist hier wunderbar aufgehoben. Es waren wunderbare 3 Tage! Danke Hieu, seiner Frau und seinen unglaublich höflichen drei Töchtern.

We originally booked one night at Stone Paradise, but we ended up staying for a total of four nights. Hiếu and his family are truly exceptional hosts. We chose the room with the mountain view, and the panorama was absolutely incredible. Hiếu was also a great help with organizing our trip. He suggested many activities and day-hiking routes that we were able to do with our children. We had dinner with the family every evening, which gave us the opportunity to discover new dishes and enjoy a warm and friendly atmosphere together. At first, we were a little worried about being farther away from Sapa town. But it is only about a 45-minute walk, and it takes only around 10 minutes by taxi to reach the town center. It is also very easy to book a taxi with Grab. It was never an issue at all.

If you are coming to Sapa, you have to stay here!! It is just out of Sapa town for the views and peace while still being a short drive away and close to Cat Cat Village. Mr. Hieu and his wife offer so many services from food, laundry, taxi, stone carving workshop, and coordinating Fansipan tickets. They work so hard and are the most accommodating hosts. You have everything you need for your stay in Sapa here and more! He also provides thorough reports on the weather and views to plan your days accordingly. Family dinner is a must if you are staying here, and we also highly recommend the BBQ dinner. The stone carving workshop is also such q unique activity and perfect for bad weather days. Mr. Hieu is a very talented stone carver and photographer! We stayed in the family room with 5 adults, and it was spacious with all of our luggage as well. The homestay is perfect for families, couples, and solo travelers alike. Highly recommend!

We loved everything about our stay at Stone Paradise. The room was clean with comfortable beds and a beautiful view of the valley. We appreciated the electric mattress warmers and the good hot showers. The family was wonderful. They helped us immensely with our trip planning and really made our trip to Sapa special. Hieu, the owner, is an incredible stone craftsman and photographer. We highly recommend this home stay and would definitely come again.

I loved this homestay! Everything is clean and in order, and the hosting family is very lovely. They really helped us make the most out of our stay in Sa Pa, even though we had some unfortunate consequences (one of us had to visit a hospital). I would sincerely recommend staying here!!
