To avoid at all costs ! Scam !!!

No one at the reception despite still being working hours. All the rooms were full and me and another guest in the same situation couldn't get our rooms despite paying for me 107£ for a deluxe family room which was supposed to have 6 beds... And I had none !!!! After not being able to sleep and wasting hours contacting the residence and booking, I had still no answers. Then the residence told me to send an email because they can't handle anything in their chat, but they never replied. Booking tried to contact them with no success, and after 2 weeks already and despite booking promising me a refund, I haven't received it and I've been told they can't continue further on this. AVOID AT ALL COSTS IF YOU DONT WANT TO SLEEP OUTSIDE AND NEVER GET A REFUND.

Outdoor pool on the hottest day of the year!!!! I was staying for work purposes but I definitely recommend this if flying from Gatwick.. Staying there night before flight and starting holiday early 🥳🌞

The TV didn't work but that was due to prior guest and staff tried to correct straight away.

The location was close to Gatwick airport but difficult to get there. We eventually found a bus that was quick and we were able to walk from the bus stop to the accommodation.

The room was very outdated and not well maintained. It could be improved a lot by a coat of paint and a few touch-ups, and getting rid of the fake flowers and old tatty linen. The bed was very uncomfortable and the pillows so lumpy they were impossible to sleep on. Modernising the inside of the room would go a really long way to improve this property.
