St. Anna's House

Close to Sequoia NP.

Where to start? We've arrived there in the late afternoon and the temperature outside was around 100°F (37°C). When we've opened the door we've realized that the temperature inside the very small room was the same or even higher. The owners didn't think about preparing the room by at least turning on the A/C few hours earlier. After few hours of cooling the room it was still hot. The A/C was mounted on the wall just above one of the beds so when we've tried to go to sleep it felt like trying to sleep next to a truck with working engine. The A/C was very noisy and the whole thin wall was vibrating. Other topic - it was not possible to set comfortable temperature of the water in the shower. Either it was too hot or too cold. The shower itself was not clean enough as my wife found some long hair on the floor. My final evaluation is totally negative. I do not recommend spending even a single night in this place, especially during hot summer.

The parking was slightly confusing but we didn't end up having any issues. We were under the impression this would be more of an entire house with a kitchen, the pictures are deceiving. It is just a room. It was still great for our needs. The bed was comfortable and we just loved the bathroom! There weren't any towels when we arrived so we weren't able to shower after hiking all day but when we woke up there were some outside our door. We did book very last minute. It wasn't exactly what we were expecting but I would stay again and recommend to others!

Loved how the area was so quiet! Nice little ranch, it’s a nice area to be away from work and from home.

The shower was bad not cold or hot shower

Room was cute, bed was comfy, & shower was nice.

The driveway in the property to get to the room was VERY bumpy. If you have a smaller sedan it will be very hard to get your car up the property without scratching. Room also wasn't the most clean and had lots of cobwebs.

Una casa di campagna autentica! Ci è stata assegnata la Room A, con open space cucina e soggiorno, bagno e camera oltre a una bella terrazza. Non aspettatevi il lusso, questo posto è bello perché autentico.
