Booked for two nights for a relatives wedding, St Nicholas house had been chosen for the reception and where well positioned close to the church. We were made very welcome by the proprietors, it's a family run business and everyone was very hospitable and friendly. The bedroom was large and light, looking over the garden at the rear of the property, a very large and comfortable bed and spacious en-suite with roomy shower. My partner has a food intolerance which they catered for with no problem, breakfast is plentiful and freshly cooked, the bar is well stocked and the menu is varied and everything served is well presented. The wedding breakfast was plentiful and everyone's intolerance's were well catered for.

Nothing not to like about St Nicholas house. Perhaps pillows could be upgraded but thats not a criticism.

It's very comfortable, plenty warm enough (it's January) and the hosts couldn't be more obliging. It's also nice to find accommodation that offers BIG beds ❤️
