A beautiful guest house in the perfect location to visit Herstmonceux Castle, Eastbourne, Pevensey, Brighton, Hastings, Battle. Many pubs and restaurants locally. Excellent breakfast! Very friendly and helpful owner. Wonderful room with beautiful views. Very clean, with great character. Highly recommend.

Liked everything, absolutely no complaints.

Breakfast was excellent. Multiple choices properly prepared and presented. Room and facilities were excellent. The proprietors went the 'extra mile' for us.

A lovely old house in beautiful grounds, a view over the valley that was lovely. Sally was a wonderful host who obviously know what it takes to take care of her guest. The room was immaculate wit nice facilities. There were multiple choices for breakfast which was nice. Handy tip for finding it, using what3word admit.prancing.standard

we only spent one night... lol, there was nothing to complain about. Evening food options around the immediate area are a bit limited on a Sunday but that bares no refection on out stay here
