We had an absolutely wonderful stay here. The owner and caretaker of the house, Mr. Bandara, was exceptionally attentive and always around for helpful tips or if we needed anything. He also helped us organize a tuktuk to visit the tea plantations and Ramboda falls with one of his friends who was extremely accommodating and patient. We opted for the breakfast both mornings and was definitely worth the money and tasted very good! Everything was very clean and the shower had hot water! Only a 15 mins walk to the town centre. Would definitely stay here again!

Beds were comfortable and bathroom were neat and clean. Rooms were spacious with large common areas. This bunglow is a colonial era type bunglow with great spacious rooms and attic. Hot water is available 24 hours with good pressure. Great fire place. Staffs are very polite and helpful

The power sockets dint work. Room lighting must be improved. Even to put a mobile charge we had to come to the common area which had a single socket and all the guests couldn't use it at the same time

Lovely family home with very welcoming hosts who made us tea and some biscuits on arrival. Was always on hand to help when looking into things to do. Rooms were cosy and comfortable with a nice warm shower. To get to the center was only a 15 minute walk with a path straight there. Would stay again.

The breakfast was nice. And the owner was friendly.

The place need to be renovated and clean. When we came they said it wan not possible with breakfast. After we said we leave earlier after one night instead of 2 they arrange it. I don't recommend.

Since we wanted to leave early, we asked for an early breakfast at 6:30. This was possible! The lovely Sri Lanka man was very helpful, that was great! The stay was lovely.

It is a bit out of the city centre, a mere 15-20 min walk. But doable! The shower curtain had some mold and the house itself is cold (be prepared, in Nuwera Eliya it is around 10 degrees). The owners were reachable through phone/whatsapp, but were not around so to say (e.g., we texted the number with the inquiry about early breakfast, and the lovely Sri Lanka man appeared almost instantly (he lives next door).
