Hot water is slow and there's no heating at night and morning 12c. Had to pay more for the portable heaters.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The facilities were top-notch, and everything was clean and well-maintained. Mr. Bandara, the owner, was exceptionally welcoming and attentive, making sure all my needs were met. The staff was friendly, and the service was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Can't wait to return!

"Quite an unprofessional homestay and one could do much better than this in Nuwara Eliya."

The room was spacious.

Shower didn't work, the room felt quite dirty, it was noisy, the stairs to get up to the second bedroom is treacherous and the breakfast is not included in the price. Overall, a very disappointing experience and would not stay again.
