Understaffed at breakfast. Coffee wasn't very good. Coffee machine in room was poor.

Breakfast was very good. Treatment at the spa was excellent. Yoga good.

It felt cluttered around the pools and spa areas. Too many lounge beds . Although the property was fairly quiet it had a busy feeling to it, reducing the calm atmosphere. Small pool wasn’t clean. Room smaller than expected. Spa changing areas could be improved.

We had an excellent stay. It is a beautiful location, the properties and the garden are very nice, high quality. The garden is large and very beautiful. We also liked the fact that they have so many different spots to relax. Three separate pools, all in very nice settings. Ample sunbeds spread around the very large garden. Dinner in the restaurant was also very good. Staff is very friendly. All in all it was a very pleasant experience.

I personally found the beds a little hard. When I mentioned this when we checked out, I was told that we could have asked for an extra top mattress and that could maybe have solved it.

Beautiful hotel in a quiet location. The staff were wonderful and treated me very well throughout my stay. I had a deep tissue massage with a male therapist who I don't remember the name of but it was the best massage I have ever had! The spa area and pool is beautiful, such a relaxing way to spend the day. Breakfast was lovely with lots of options, food overall was nice. Overall a lovely relaxing stay, I would definitely return despite some minor issues

The room was not overly clean on arrival with an old towel still left on outside furniture, the robe also had stains on it. I had an issue with mosquitoes in the garden area of my suite but not anywhere else on the property which was strange but did mean that I didnt want to use the outside space. The bath tub also seemed to only produce very hot water which meant I couldn't use it I tried the tap in every direction and could not get out any cold, the shower connecter on it also leaked
