place was great - beautiful facilities

Bedroom was smaller than we expected. no radio, music options in room.

It’s a stunning place. The pool staff in the spa garden were great, really helpful & friendly.

For saying it’s supposed to be a tranquil place, I didn't sleep well or properly relax due to all the weddings going on. It was really noisy one of the nights with wedding guests but that didn’t go on too long, probably until 2am which still isn't great. But the second wedding started at 9.30am on Sunday morning right outside my suite. It was an Indian wedding so lots of banging drums etc which I thought was unacceptable so early in the morning. There was also someone singing into a microphone as part of the ceremony which echoed throughout the complex-& particularly into the spa garden, which is supposed to be peaceful area. I spent a lot of money to stay there & I feel I didn't get the rest I needed. Hugely disappointing.

The property was just beautiful - the gardens really made it, but everything was so tastefully laid out & the interiors had clearly had much thought given to them

Small negatives in the scheme of things, which shouldn't detract from the whole amazing stay, there was no air-conditioning in the gym or in the changing rooms in the spa - both could have done with it. Also, the yoga classes etc were great being outside - we definitely wouldn't change that, but advising clients to take a towel or sheet to cover them would have been good as there were lots of insects there which crawled on you whilst you were trying mindfulness/meditation & so distracted you - defeating the object! If we'd had a covering, all would have been solved.
