Great location, stylish design & friendly staff! Breakfast was delicious, and the apartments were cozy and well-equipped.

A few downsides: Noisy fridge in the smaller unit, bad bathroom smell in the larger one, and a surprise visit from a big centipede.

We loved the building itself and the location of the property. The fact that it’s overlooking the entire city of Pesaro and the Adriatic coastline along Pesaro is wonderful. The property is so quaint, it feels like you are far away from the hustle and bustle, yet you can be in downtown in 15 minutes and at the beach in 20 minutes.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Beautiful view and grounds.

Better advertisement of the 10 min walk down to Santa Veranda - one can catch a bus into Pesaro from there. No need to rely solely on taxis or hire cars!
