Beautiful setting and surroundings, amazing staff who go out of their way to help

The grounds are gorgeous. We stayed in the tower room and it was amazing on each of the four floors. Beautifully decorated. It was great to have a small kitchenette as well. An unforgettable experience.

Nothing. The tower room has 4 floors and a spiral staircase to each, so may not be suitable for everyone.

I really liked the location. On a hill, overlooking the town, full of trees and flowers and plants. Very well kept and looked after. The owners were very kind and helpful. The room was beautiful, fully equipped, there were instructions and also suggestions on places to visit.

Very comfortable large 2 rooms with well equipped kitchenette. Francesca and Anna were excellent hosts. We enjoyed the paid breakfast. Fabulous,relaxing garden and park-like environment with views to Pesaro and the Adriatic.

The setting of the historic country house was very attractive, it overlooked Pesaro with the Adriatic Sea in the background . I did not have a car but was interested in having a 3-day break by the pool in the Autumn sun. Not to be, as it rained steadily for the first two days . I took a taxi into town to see the “sights” in Pesaro (a pleasant seaside town) and buy supplies for meals. My studio apartment was very comfortable and well equipped (staff supplied a microwave at my request). The breakfast buffet was generous with a wide variety of foods. It was served in a beautifully decorated dining room and by candlelight on my second morning as there was a power blackout. The pool area was charming as it was set in a small olive grove. I enjoyed the sun and the view on my last day.

No issues, only the weather!

There wasn't anywhere nearby to eat, a restaurant on site or within walking distance would have been great

Position is excellent and page grounds for dog walking
