The location is a dream and easy to access from the bus stop. The space is large and pleasant. Offered all necessary to enjoy the stay. Kitchen, lounge area very comfortable. Good bed. The balcony all around. The hospitality exceptional. Bathroom very large and modern. Just a perfect place. I highly recommend. The location nestled between huge mountains. From Funchal to here, only an hour bus ride #81. The experience is dreamy and the stay is as being at home. Love it.

A few days before our trip, the owners messaged to say they had double booked the property but had an alternative just a minute away. We can't comment on the property itself, as we didn't stay there, but the location is breathtaking. We accessed Pico Arieiro just 30 minutes away, and there were several walks locally. Supermarket is very well stocked just two minutes down the road (in a car), and the locals seemed very friendly.

Location was beautiful, in the quiet Curral das Freiras. The accommodation was very spacious, and the perfect get away, with great access to nearby hikes into the mountains, and spectacular views. It was comfy place to return, and relax, with great facilities to cook our food, and enjoy the area. Also a huge thank you to the owners as I had lost my AirPods, and they kindly messaged me to let me know that they found them, and I was able to pick them up a few days later. Overall a great place to stay, I highly recommend :)
